Trainer Education

The contents of the Entrepreneur’s Licence®/Entrepreneur´s Skills Certificate (ESC) are demanding. Therefore only suitably educated teachers with a background in economics can be utilised in the workshops and training programmes.

ESC® Trainer Education

Goals

• To know and understand the organisational procedures of the ESC Examination
• Handling of the ESC Examining Method
• Positive Completion of the ESC Basic Module Examination (Modules A, B, C
• Qualification in Didactics and Methodology for the ESC

Requirements

• Experience in the field of training/coaching/adult education (Proof of at least a five years of training experience in the amount of at least 12 training days per annum or, alternatively, 96 sessions per annum, whereby internal schooling and relevant product training will be tested)
• Prior knowledge of the ESC topics with reference to general business knowledge (particular knowledge of business economics and national economics)

Dauer

3 day workshop, from 09:00 to 17:00 daily. Venue to be arranged at a certified ESC Test Centre.
